The vortex had absorbed the ice dragon completely. Dalton was about to run when Wilbur reached out from where he was standing in the middle of the vortex to grab Dalton by the neck.

Wilbur smirked. "So that's what the dark space dimensional laws look like."

He had not expected to comprehend the dark space powers by complete accident. This was a terrifying form of power, beyond Wilbur's wildest imagination.

Edmund had said before that different dimensional laws had special features of their own. Two cultivators could have completely different understandings of the same dimensional law and end up mastering different aspects of it.

Wilbur did not know if the dark space powers were strong or weak, but they had definitely been enough to defeat Dalton.

Just then, Wilbur remembered that Felix and Augheimer were still trapped in the snow. He quickly located them with his spirit senses and dug them out in no time.

Wilbur nodded. "He has tried to kill me multiple times now, and I'm sure as hell not having that! What's with that look on your face? Was I wrong?"

Felix looked like he was in pain, opening and closing his mouth before finally saying, "Master… you shouldn't have killed Dalton. The Dragon Slayer Organization did not rise to its current state because of Dalton, but his brother. Hadirt, the City Lord of the bloodthirsty seventh town, Tevinter Town."

Wilbur frowned. "Come again?"

Despite the fact that he was now in the middle dimensions, Wilbur had remained within Buck Town and Walker Town the whole time and thus did not know much about the other seven towns.

Felix nodded. "Hadirt's the real mastermind behind the Dragon Slayer Organization. He's the organization representative placed in the middle dimensions by the Dragon Slayer Organization in the upper dimensions. And now that you've crossed him… I'm afraid he will be coming after you for vengeance."
