Chad added, "What are we going to do then, Master?"

"Don't you worry. I told you I'd fix this for you, and I'm sticking around to the very end. I'm sure the Weiss clan will be here soon. We'll just wait for them."

Wilbur knew what Chad was worried about and comforted him at once. He was hellbent on getting that Goldmoon.

Chad heaved a sigh of relief at Wilbur's words. "Master, if you really do help my family and I get out of this trouble for good, you can just name your price and I'll pay up without question."

"Oh, all I want is the ore you have. How's that?" Wilbur chuckled.

Chad hurried to say, "That's not going to be enough! How about an additional two billion dollars on top of the ore as a token of gratitude?"

The ore was useless to Chad and also the reason he had gotten into all this mess. Wilbur would be taking a burden off Chad's shoulders by taking the ore, and Chad could not bear to just leave things at that.

Two billion was no small sum, and it was probably enough to show how grateful he was.

Wilbur did not turn him down, but said, "Let's not talk about that for now. We'll get to it after all of this is over."

"Alright, then. Wallace, tell the kitchen to prepare a fine banquet. I'm going to treat Master Penn here to a fine meal," Chad said at once.

Shawn sneered. "How powerful could he possibly be? He should be Sanctuary level at best."

"Oh, no. He's at least at the Ambience level, though," Shane replied.

Shane was merely a beginner Aura level cultivator, and an Ambience cultivator was already a godlike presence to him.

Shawn chuckled at those words. "It looks like the Lesters came prepared this time. Very well, I'll go and meet them and let them know who runs things here in Kin Province."

"I'm sure you'll succeed, sir! All you have to do is kill that Penn guy and Chad Lester will do whatever you want," Shane said through gritted teeth.

Shawn replied, "I'm going to get a change of clothes. You're coming with me to the Lesters'."
