Wilbur nodded and said, "Don't worry."

After that, Wilbur and Skyler got up and drove toward the town's government department.

Soon, they arrived at the town hall and looked at the photos that hung from the wall.

The person in charge of the town was Wyatt Malcolm. Wilbur told the front desk who he was, and the receptionist asked them to wait for a moment so that they could inform Mister Malcolm of their visit.

After some time had passed, the receptionist led them to a meeting room. Wyatt appeared with his big belly while holding a cup of tea.

"Are you two from Cape Consortium?" asked Wyatt smilingly.

Wilbur said nonchalantly, "Yes, I've been personally sent by Miss Yves, the president of Cape Consortium, to inquire about our investment."

"First of all, on behalf of Twelven Town, we warmly welcome your investment. The project is already in progress. We will complete it as quickly as possible, so please rest assured," said Wyatt with a smile.
