"What time is it now?" Leonard glanced at the clock and stretched. "Hang on. I'll wash up and take you around."
"Sure." Wilbur sat quietly in the living room and Leonard shook his head, before returning to the bedroom to wake the two women and washing up with them.
Half an hour later, the three stepped outside, and judging from the looks on their faces, one could easily tell that they had a crazy night.
Leonard lazily called for lunch.
Once the food was delivered and they had all eaten, Leonard drove the two women and Wilbur to the International Market for Herb.
It was an incredibly big market that covered a thousand acres of land with countless shops and endless crowds.
Leonard drove to the liveliest area and stopped before the biggest, two-story shop. He pointed at the shop and said smugly, "You see that? That's mine. It's the biggest shop for medical ingredients here."
Wilbur looked up and saw the words "Royal Hall of Herb" above the entrances.
Just then, Leonard got out of the car and led the others into the Royal Hall of Herb.
Upon arriving at the entrance, two women dressed in beautiful dresses bowed. "Good afternoon, Mister Thatcher."
Leonard nodded in contentment and the group went into the shop.
In the grand hall, spanning over a thousand square meters, there was a circular arrangement of glass display counters. Behind these glass counters, towering medicine cabinets displayed various samples of medicinal herbs.
Dozens of staff, dressed in traditional robes, attend to guests quietly.
Leonard entered confidently, and the staff greeted and bowed at him with respect.
He simply nodded and proceeded upstairs with his companions.
"But what if he allows it?" Wilbur asked.
Leonard's expression darkened for a moment, but he soon smiled and said, "You're overthinking. We all signed a contract and there are rules enforced by the Traditional Herb Association. Anyone who acts out of line will be punished for it."
Wilbur nodded quietly. He did not know much about the situation in Eldor City and could not comment on it, but something about Amon's behavior from the night before seemed odd to him.
Amon and Leonard were both public figures who shouldn't fight in public.
The only possible explanation was that they intended to start a war, and therefore felt that there was no need to hold back.
However, it seemed as though Leonard did not bother himself over it.
Just then, Leonard's phone rang, and he said a few words to the caller, before hanging up and turning to Wilbur with a smile. "The auction will be starting soon. Do you want to submit a deposit to bid for items?"
