Just then, Baron and Yumi made their way in slowly.

Baron had his chest puffed out, looking around the room haughtily. His gaze landed on Wilbur, completely ignoring Shane and the rest.

Shane and his friends were shocked by the air of authority this man held. He was about to ask who this guy was but could not muster up the courage to.

Whitney, however, had completely lost her temper, screaming, "Who the hell let you in here?"

Baron paid her no mind, walking up to Wilbur with a smile. "Are you Wilbur Penn, the head of the Abyss Mercenaries, the real boss of Cape Consortium, top dog of Kardon Province, head of the Kardon Province Cultivators Association, Sanctuary level cultivator, and Divine General Trevor Penn?"

Wilbur looked back at Baron with a frown.

Whitney and the rest, however, were in a state of shock. What did the guy just say?

Baron chuckled. "Don't look so shocked. These might be secrets you've hidden from most people, but let's just say there aren't any secrets between the both of us."

"You know quite a bit, don't you? I take it you're the guy who wants a stake in Cape and half our shares, then?" Wilbur retorted coldly.

Baron sat down on a nearby chair. Yumi sat down next to him, with Saber standing on his other side."

"That's right. This is a great opportunity for Cape Consortium. I hope you make the best of it. Otherwise, you know, Cape Consortium will be no more," Baron said calmly.

Just then, everyone's jaws fell agape.

It was clear from the conversation they had just heard that Wilbur was indeed the real boss of Cape Consortium.

Everyone had heard the name of the Divine General Trevor Penn but had never gotten lucky enough to meet the guy.

Could Wilbur have been telling the truth, and the chairman of Cape, Faye Yves, really worked for him?

Whitney could not help but tremble at the thought.

That was impossible. There was no way that could be true. How could a piece of garbage like him turn out to be the boss of Cape?

Shelby and the rest stared at Wilbur with their jaws open wide too, hardly able to believe their ears.
