Chapter 103
If it had been someone from division two, they would have leapt up in excitement by now.
“These three look great too. Whose are they?” Callum asked.
Alan, Allison, and Mark stood up.
They sat in a row. Alan and Mark were tall, making Allison look especially petite between them.
Division two was dumbfounded.
How could this be possible?
Out of ten winning designs, division one had eight. It was a total shutdown.
That made no sense.
“Didn’t Ms. Graham also compete? Why haven’t we seen her work? Don’t tell me it didn’t make the list,” someone in division two piped up.
It was a young woman in the back row, one of Nora’s old followers.
Others joined in.
“Right. Ms. Graham has trained such an impressive team, so she must be pretty great herself. Why didn’t her design make the list?”
“You people have no right to badmouth Ms. Graham,” Alan growled, suddenly standing up and glaring at the division two crowd.
Clara said coldly, “All of us were trained by Ms. Graham. Our victory is her victory, too!”
They didn’t raise their voices, yet each word rang clear.
Those in division two avoided their eyes, still muttering under their breath.
Angela felt a warm sense of pride. She didn’t want them to get too worked up, so she shot Alan and Clara a look. Seeing that, they sat down again.
“Mr. Snowden, I apologize. I didn’t handle my group well enough. This won’t happen again,” Angela said sincerely.
Stephen had a special relationship with Callum, so he could do as he pleased. But Angela couldn’t let her group members act recklessly.
Callum smiled and gestured for her to relax. “It’s alright. By the way, your piece is right here with me.
Those words left everyone stunned.

His assistant stepped forward with a folder in land. “Ms. Graham, Mr. Snowden really appreciates your design. Would you mind letting him keep it?”
Angela felt her cheeks warm, her heart beating faster.
“I’d be honored,” she said, smiling humbly.
Callum’s typically polite yet distant smile seemed to soften, like ice thawing into spring.
The people from division two looked as though their world had turned upside down. Even Stephen looked grim.
They had belittled Angela, laughed at her, and tried to pressure her. Yet she turned out to be the most capable of them all. She had also trained a team of highly skilled subordinates. Meanwhile, division two had nearly 80 people, yet only two of them had won. There was a vast difference between the two groups‘ skills.
Angela left with her team first. They all looked calm and completely unsurprised, as if the victory had been in the bag from the very beginning.
When they were gone, division two completely lost their composure. They started grumbling and criticizing again.
Suddenly, Stephen slammed his folder on the table. “Enough!” he roared.
He was known as the easygoing leader throughout the company, and hardly anyone had ever seen him lose his temper. Yet here he was, truly furious.
Everyone was stunned by his fury.
“You have no skills, yet you still criticize others!” he growled through gritted teeth. ” Starting next month, we’re enforcing a last–place elimination rule. If you can’t keep up, you’re out. Division two isn’t here to support slackers!”
That put an end to the matter.
