"How many people are coming today? Who's going to be here?" Angela asked.

What truly mattered to her was whether the person she hoped to meet would show up.

Yet, she hadn't secured a major project—an oversight Andrew's group wasted no time using against her.

"Harvey was my college classmate. We've kept in touch, and I made sure to invite him. Come on, let's go to the lounge first. You can meet him there. After that, I'll find you something to change into, and then we'll join the others," Mia added.

Angela felt truly grateful—and a little guilty for having kept her distance from Mia.

Harvey arched an eyebrow and began flipping through the pages with a smile. The marked sections and extensive notes made it clear that the material had been studied in depth.

Angela continued, "From my research, MK Corporation has collaborated with several companies in Montivale over the past three years, but the results have been lackluster, yielding little in terms of revenue growth and brand reputation.

"This has probably been one of the main reasons MK Corporation is dropping hints about reselecting partners, right?"
