"How can there be such a shameless family in this world? I'm so annoyed!" Gritting her teeth, Angela cursed indignantly.

Dexter looked a little resigned. "Some of Zayn's actions may seem irrational, but given the circumstances, it makes sense. After all, he isn't that young anymore, and having a baby didn't come easy for him…"

This time, Angela actually choked, coughing uncontrollably. Mia quickly handed her a tissue while Dexter remained amused, watching her with a teasing smirk.

To prevent further trouble, Angela had Joanne call Nigel to stay with them. The siblings—one stationed inside while the other kept watch outside—ensured Mia's safety.
