Chapter 261: I Am Your Successor

Fixing his eyes on Catherine, Matthew could make no reaction for a few moments. It was the first time he had

seen her dressed like this. She looked so amazing in the ancient costume as if the dress had been exclusively

made for her. And even her image had been changed, from a little witch to a fairy. What’s more, Matthew

thought she looked like Hailey just now. The languid but confident look on her face was the same as that of

mouth. Catherine stopped peeling the lollipop and narrowed her eyes. “I can give you the blueberry lollipop, but

“You’re different from those girls.” Matthew continued, “You’re still a little girl.” Catherine said after a blink, “Do

you mean you can date me when I grow up?” Maybe it’s because Matthew was so down to taste the lollipop on

Catherine’s hand, he said, “Maybe.” Catherine put the lollipop in Matthew’s mouth as she was satisfied with his

answer. The two of them were chatting happily and time passed quickly.

Ten minutes later, as soon as Catherine had removed the needles for Matthew, the door to the consultation

room opened. Hailey’s voice sounded from the door. “Catherine, there’re not enough rooms for patients. Could

share the room with you?” Before Hailey could finish her sentence, she saw Matthew lying on the bed

disheveled. Hailey gave a cold look at Matthew. Before she wanted to say something, Doris, who was being

held by Hailey, started, “Damned Matthew, how could you do this to such a little girl? Are you a bastard?”
