Irvin wasn't actually the evil seed that she thought he was. Instead, Timothy, the son she treasured a lot, was the one who was evil.

She never could've accepted or admitted it in the past. However, she had suddenly come to accept the fact at that moment.

Agatha most likely realized the cold truth when it finally happened to her. It might also be the fact that she wasn't a fool at all.

When Timothy came back and claimed he had lost his memories, he said he thought he was part of the criminal organization.

Since Timothy said he was forced to become the head of the organization, Agatha had started having doubts deep within her. However, she had hurt one of her sons and did her best to raise Timothy for years. So, she couldn't accept that she had made the wrong choice.

That was why she would always suppress her instincts before her doubts surfaced. Because of that, she truly believed Irvin to be the evil one, even though he had never done what she claimed he had done before.

Agatha thought he was just great at pretending when he said he never did what she said he had. It was like he was the greatest character in a movie who turned out to be the main villain in the end.

Despite her strong belief, the voices in her head started going out of control after seeing what Timothy had done recently. However, she still wouldn't accept that he was evil and still loved him unconditionally.

She also thought Irvin was the reason behind the voices in her head since he was the one who sent her to Hospital 320. So, she couldn't wait to get out of there, thinking that the voices would no longer torment her after leaving the place.
