Chapter 745 

Sasha’s eyes snapped to Lena, searching her face for any sign she was serious. 

“If you want to see him, I can help,” Lena said with a small, knowing smile. “Well, not me -Keira can help you.” 

The moment Sasha saw Lena, she’d already guessed Keira was behind this. 

The second Keira’s name came up, Sasha let out a bitter laugh. “Keira? She’s barely keeping her own head above water.” 

“Speaking of which, Keira wouldn’t be in this mess if it weren’t for you.” 

Sasha’s gaze faltered. “What does that have to do with me?” 

Lena didn’t bother softening the blow. “Ms. Grey, let’s not play games. Your daughter, Nina -she’s missing because you had someone take her. Isn’t she?” 

Sasha’s face flashed with panic before she slammed her hand on the couch, anger flaring. ” What kind of nonsense are you spouting? Why would I kidnap my own daughter? I-” 

“You wanted to use Nina to get to Ian Carter,” Lena interrupted. 

Sasha’s lips quivered as she turned away, trying to deny it. “I didn’t.” 

“You don’t have to be scared. I’m not going to tell Thorsten,” Lena said calmly. 

“Then what’s the point of saying all this?” Sasha snapped. 

Lena exhaled softly. “Let me be clear–Keira sent me. She’s not doing well in there, and she wants out.” 

Sasha scoffed. “She wants out? Then she should go to the police. What does she need me for?” 

Lena chuckled lightly. “You get Keira out, and she’ll let you see your Ian.” 

Now that everything was laid bare, Sasha didn’t respond right away. Instead, she locked her eyes on Lena, then let out a strange laugh–low and cryptic, 

It left Lena unsure if she’d hit a nerve or just missed something entirely. 

“Keira has plenty of people who could help her get out. Why me?” Sasha asked finally. 

Lena smiled faintly. “Because she doesn’t want to involve Nina. She’s giving you another way to see the person you love.” 

Sasha’s expression darkened. She hated that Lena had said it so plainly hated that it was true. If she hadn’t been forced into this corner, she would never have involved Nina. But Nina was missing, Thorsten didn’t care, and Sasha had no moves left.

Still, doubt lingered. Could Keira really pull this off? 

“What are you hesitating for?” Lena asked, reading the conflict on Sasha’s face. 

Sasha stared off into the distance. Confusion and helplessness weighed heavily in her voice. “If all my efforts couldn’t get me to Ian, how could she possibly do it?” 

Sasha had long suspected Ian was at DracoLux. She’d spent a fortune, pulled strings, and burned bridges, but none of it brought her closer to him. 

“There’s always someone better, Ms. Grey,” Lena said with a faint shrug. “Just because you couldn’t doesn’t mean others can’t. And besides…” She paused for effect. “Keira has someone on the inside–someone who’s on her side. You don’t, do you?” 

Sasha’s eyes narrowed. “Xander?” 

Lena thought. ‘Guess Keira’s connections are hardly a mystery.‘ 

“You know as well as I do what Xander’s position means,” Lena said, her tone light but loaded.
