Vicky remained quiet for a while and said, "If Gloria is missing, you should be searching for her. Why are you asking me about it? Do you think I kidnapped her?"

Tyler's voice sounded as cold as ice. "Alex was the one who kidnapped Gloria from the hospital. Without you pulling the strings, why would he do such a thing?"

"Alex?!" Vicky jolted in shock. "Didn't he return to his family?"

"Can he not return on his own will?" Tyler sneered.

"..." An ominous feeling overwhelmed Vicky, and she asked, "Where are you right now?"

"In the hospital."

"Wait right there. I'm coming over now." Vicky ended the call abruptly and said, "Miss Canyer, I'm sorry, but something urgent came up and I need to go."

"It's fine. We're almost done here, anyway. Cece can stay here to accompany me," Ava said casually.

Vicky glanced at Cece, who nodded at her and said, "Vicky, there's only some follow-up left. I can take care of you. You should go ahead."

Vicky had no time to waste and said, "Okay, then. I'll get going now."

40 minutes later, Vicky finally arrived at the hospital.

When she pushed the door open, she found Tyler sitting elegantly on the couch while Selene sat next to him, sobbing.

"What's going on?" she asked.

Vicky watched Alex's face and how he snuck around the hospital from the surveillance footage, and she instantly felt overwhelmed by a headache.

'Even if he wanted to kidnap Gloria, he should have at least checked and avoided surveillance cameras, right?' she thought. 'It's common sense, and if he doesn't know that, he isn't cut out for this kind of work.'

Selene stared at Vicky smugly. "Vicky, what can you say for yourself?"

"I have nothing to say."

Selene pointed at Vicky excitedly and said to Tyler, "Tyler, she admitted to kidnapping Gloria!"

"Miss Rathborne, please watch your tongue. I never admitted to that."
