Chapter 1062

“None of you are allowed to talk about this!” Mdm. Willis said coldly as she was seated in the main chair.

“This is our family’s biggest secret. Whoever says a word about this will be kicked out of the family!”

Everyone on the spot nodded with a serious look.

Right then, an indifferent voice came from the entrance.

“Oh, the family’s secret. Am I not a member of the Willis family? Why can’t I learn about it?”

A skinny figure slowly walked inside as the voice echoed.

She was dressed in a casual white outfit, and her hair casually fell on her shoulders. Her gaze was indifferent, and she flashed a faint smile. She looked extremely normal, but she frightened all the family members.

Mdm. Willis glanced back. When she saw that Adeena had come alone, she sighed in relief and said, “Deena, I heard from your father that your family has found you?”

Adina pulled out a chair and sat down.

She had never been that capricious and presumptuous in the Willis family before.

Everyone in the house knew that things would not go over her head so easily today.

Kendry even broke out in cold sweat.

He had lied to Duke.

“Duke Winters is my husband,” Adina answered with a faint smile.

Right after she spoke, everyone‘s face turned pale. There was a difference between hearing about it and seeing proof.

Nobody had expected a foster daughter to have such a noble identity and be unapproachable.

“Dad, you told my husband that you replaced my blood because I experienced massive bleeding from giving birth? “You even said that my baby was born prematurely , so she died as soon as she was born, hence the Willis family had nothing to do with it?”

She curled her lips widely, and her smile was inexplicably sharp like a glinting knife that attacked fiercely. Kendry‘s head was drenched in more cold sweat. He stammered, “Th–That‘s what happened...”

“It doesn’t matter whether she’s dead or alive. She should be somewhere !” Adina questioned him without

mercy.

The thought of the incident three years ago made her want to strangle Kendry to death.

To save Ruth, he actually ignored her and her baby’s lives. If she had not been fortunate enough, she probably would have died too.

“Deena, it’s my fault!” Ruth rushed over and grabbed Adina’s wrist. “If I wasn’t severely sick, Dad and Mom wouldn’t have come up with this solution! Please don’t blame my parents. If you’re angry, please let it out on me. I’ll bear anything…”

“You’re the precious daughter whom your parents have protected, and so am I!” Adina’s words were filled with heartbreak. “I was separated from my biological father for twenty years, and we finally reunited…‘

Her voice traveled out from the living room.

Two tall men were standing in the mansion’s courtyard.

Daniel was slightly anxious. “I better go in. I’m afraid that Addy won’t be able to handle it.”
