She sat on the couch. A maid handed her the slippers to put on.

Sarah sat next to her and asked, “What exactly happened?”

“She’d rather die to let Charlie take the children home. She also asked Charlie to file a lawsuit if he wanted the boys. She must be out of her mind.”

Sarah was shocked. “What did Charlie react?”

“How could he react? I could tell he was indeed angry. I don’t think he’ll let go of Theresa easily. He

Sarah replied, “I’ve been here in the morning. My car was parked inside the villa. I’m here to drive it away.”

The security guard glanced at her and went into the villa with her. “I’ll follow you.”

Sarah was annoyed. She could tell the security guard was alert to her.

On the way, she asked, “Has Charlie returned?”

The security guard pressed his lips together without answering.

When she was about to drive home, Charlie’s car entered the villa.

Sarah didn’t expect him to return home so late.

She immediately drove towards his car and stopped in front. Charlie’s driver was scared and hurriedly stepped on the brake.

Jonathan asked, “What happened?”

The driver answered helplessly, “A car suddenly rushed out and stopped in my way.”
