Sherry stayed at the hotel for the entire morning.

After clearing some of her jobs, she started to miss her daughter. The warm feeling of holding her daughter to sleep last night left her longing for more, and she wished she could hug the little angel in her arms immediately.

A quick thought later, she texted John.

“Master Stockton, are you free later?”

Two minutes later, John replied, “No.”

Sherry pursed her lips. “Can I see Caprice?”

“She’s too busy to see you. “”

“What is she doing? Why is she that busy?”

John ignored her this time on purpose, leaving her frowning.

Although she was still asleep when he took Caprice back, they seemed to be speaking on good terms last night.
