"Excuse me?" Sophia asked as her brows knitted together.
The atmosphere of the office room turned heated up as Bryan's eyes lingered on Sophia. The dean
glanced at Bryan, then at Sophia.
Everyone was aware that Sophia used to date Bryan's younger brother. The professors, who were
unaware of their students' personal lives or university news, learned about Sophia and Bruce's
relationship from the pictures shown in the competition one and a half years ago.
"Alpha, I also don't understand what you are trying to say," the dean said politely.
Despite his seniority, he had no authority over the man sitting in front of him. He was bound to
respect the head Alpha. There was a fear in his eyes about offending the mighty man.
Bryan looked away from Sophia's confused gaze and focused on the dean.
"Tell your student to assist me for one day, and I will allow her to keep the transfer certificate.
After that, she can go anywhere she wants.”
The dean pursed his lips tightly, not knowing what to think. He assumed that Sophia used to be
Bryan's personal secretary, so it could be the reason why Bryan was asking for a day.
The dean let out a low chuckle. "I see. You need her assistance in your business. I am so proud
that one of my students can assist you."
He looked at Sophia, who was staring at Bryan.
"Sophia, assist Alpha for today. I will issue you your TC as soon as you receive permission from
him."
Sophia tightened her fists because she did not understand why Bryan was doing that. She wanted
to leave peacefully, but it looked like he did not want that.
"Assist? Does he even believe me? Is he not concerned that I will reveal the secrets to others?"
Her remarks astounded the dean. He was shocked by the way Sophia was talking in front of the
head Alpha. However, he understood that she was going to be the Luna of the rival pack. He
suspected Victor wanted to continue the beef, so he may have instructed Sophia to do so.
"No, I am not concerned," Bryan said, rising from his chair.
The dean got up immediately and led him to the door. "Alpha, it is a pleasure meeting you. Thank
you for your visit."
Brayn gave him a nod and left the office unhurriedly. The dean let out a sigh as if he were holding
his breath for so long. He turned his head to Sophia, who was looking at the door with a mad face.
"Sophia Berge, do you really want your TC?"
With a frown on her face, she turned to look at him. “Pardon me, sir. Are you forcing one of your
female students to spend the entire day with your head Alpha simply because she requested a
transfer certificate?”
The dean walked over to his desk and sat down in his chair.
"Everyone knows how Alpha Bryan is. There is no way he would do something wrong to you. So
if he asked for you to assist him, why not? Don't try to convince me because I don't have anything
in my hand right now."
He glanced at the door and said, "You can leave now."
Sophia tightened her fists in anger. Her mind was on fire with rage. She turned around at the door
and left the office room.
She was unsure whether to go to Bryan or not. How would she be able to study in another pack if
she did not have the transfer certificate? She needed that badly.
She did not want to be a Luna who would show her power to get admission to the best university
in her pack without any papers or without giving proof of her past scores.
In a terrible mood, she made her way to the entrance. As she walked out of the building, she
noticed Bryan standing outside his car, leaning against it. Her footsteps came to a halt.
The people around him were staring at him. Ignoring them, Sophia moved in Bryan's direction.
"You did it intentionally, didn't you? I see that you want me to give up on my studies."
Bryan ignored her words and opened the front door for her.
She saw that there was no driver inside the car. She frowned and looked at him.
“Seat,” he said.
"I never said I would go with you, Alpha Bryan."
He nodded his head. "Okay, if you really want that, then..."
He was about to close the door as he responded, but she grabbed it and stopped him.
"I'm going with you. But I will remember it. I will repay you when I become the Luna of the
Moon Valley Pack."
Bryan did not respond to her remarks and had no expression on his face. He was as calm as
always. But he was not cold.
Other students were shocked when they saw Sophia getting inside their head Alpha's car.
"Why is she going with Alpha?"
"I don't believe this woman. She is with Alpha Victor now."
"Yeah. And their wedding is this week. Can you believe that?"
"But what happened to Alpha Bryan? What has he seen in her that he has to cheat Mila Laurant?
Isn't he very loyal to her? No one had seen him with another woman before."
"She used to be the personal secretary of Alpha Bryan, remember? I wonder what kind of work
she used to do that Alpha had to come here to get her."
"Stop it, guys. If Alpha hears us, he will kill us."
The whispers around the students kept moving as they saw Bryan's car driving away from the
area.
Inside the car, Sophia was sitting with a furious face. Bryan gave her a quick glance before
returning his attention to the road.
After a while, calming herself, Sophia asked Bryan,
"What will I do for the entire day?"
Hearing her, he grinned while looking at the road. He steered the car in a direction Sophia had
never gone.
She was shocked when he turned the car into the restricted area.
Her eyes widened as she turned her head at him. "Where are you taking me? What are you
doing?"
A smirk appeared in Brayn's face as his eyes flashed red.
"Since you will not listen to me, I have to choose the last option."
She blinked her eyes as she gazed at him. Fear rose in her heart, but she tried to be bold and asked
in a relaxed tone,
"What are you talking about?"
He looked at her and answered,
"I have to kill you, Sophia Berge."
