Although Lucian did not answer her question directly, Estella was satisfied with his response, and she nodded obediently. Meanwhile, Roxanne was also being questioned by her two boys.

“Mommy, did Mr. Farwell make you angry?” Benny had been following her wherever she went like a puppy. Having been questioned for almost half a day, Roxanne answered in resignation, “No.”

“Then why did you ignore Mr. Farwell during lunch earlier?” Benny asked, unwilling to give up. aRoxanne and Lucian did not exchange a single word with each other during the entire meal.
