Of the Internet stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Mr. Villain's Lovely Wife (Izzy). The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Lovely Wife 211. Let's read the author's Mr. Villain's Lovely Wife (Izzy) Internet story right here.
Chapter 211
“What makes you think he needed your permission?” Liam smirked.
“You-”

“He didn’t hand me the company,” Liam said. “He gave me a temporary role. Read the rest of it. I don’t get ownership. I don’t get to make structural changes without a vote. I only step in when he can’t”
“And you think that’s acceptable?” Olivier asked, his voice rising slightly. “That he’d skip over his own son and give that responsibility to his grandson?”
Liam stood. “No. I think it’s a mess. But I also think he planned for one.”
Olivier stared at him, jaw clenched.
Liam held the folder in one hand, fingers drumming once on the edge. “I didn’t ask for this. But I’m not handing it back just to make you feel better.”
Olivier didn’t respond.
The beeping from the monitor filled the silence between them. Liam looked down at the bed again, then walked over to the small table by the wall and set the folder down carefully.
Olivier finally turned away, but not before saying, “He should’ve told me.”
Liam didn’t argue. He watched his father’s back, then looked at the man in the bed again.
“He did,” Liam said quietly. “You just weren’t listening.”
“I won’t let you get away with this!” Olivier said before leaving the room.
Once alone, Liam let out a sigh. His shoulders slumped as he closed his
“Grandpa…” he uttered. “You’re going to wake up, right?”
eyes.
Before he arrived, he was already informed by their team of doctors that his grandfather suffered a heart attack.
Liam remained by the bedside, one hand gripping the rail. His grandfather’s breathing was steady, but the machines were doing most of the work. He glanced at the IV lines, the oxygen tubing, and the heart monitor. Everything was stable–for
now.
The doctors had explained it clearly earlier that morning. It wasn’t just a heart attack. They’d discovered a thoracic aortic aneurysm. It hadn’t ruptured, but it was close. The cardiac team had stabilized him, but he was sedated. Surgery was scheduled for the following day. It was operable, but it wouldn’t be a simple procedure. There were risks.
Liam rubbed his hands together and looked down at the old man. “You picked a hell of a time to collapse,” he muttered.
He stayed a few more minutes, just watching, before finally standing. There wasn’t much else he could do here. Not yet.
He grabbed the folder from the side table, tucked it under his arm, and stepped out of the room. Merek was still outside, seated on a nearby bench, checking something on his tablet.
“Is the board aware?” Liam asked.
Merek stood. “They’ve been notified of the chairman’s condition. Some are already asking questions about who’s authorized to manage operations in the interim.”

Chapter 211
“Good,” Liam said. “Tell them I’m calling an emergency session. I want everyone in by ten tomorrow. No delays.”
“Understood.” Merek gave a small nod. “Should I prepare the conference room at headquarters?”
Liam shook his head. “No. Not Horvath Holdings. Not yet. Use my offices at Velmor. I need to talk to my own board members and fix a few things before I focus on Horvath Holdings.”
Merek paused. “There’ll be pushback.”
“There always is,” Liam said. “Just get it done.”

He turned and walked down the corridor toward the elevator. The hospital lights were too bright, too sterile. He needed air —and control. Whatever chaos Olivier was planning to stir up, Liam had no intention of letting it spread.
And then there’s Izzy. He needed to make sure that she was safe. The identity of the person who harmed her was not even confirmed yet.
“It’s a mess,” he mumbled.
“Liam! Liam, please wait!” A voice interrupted his stupor. He turned and found Celeste Horvath–Olivier’s wife–running towards him.
“Do you need anything?” Liam asked. When he got out of his grandfather’s room, Celeste and Olivier were no longer there. He assumed the two had left. He was wrong.
“Do you have a minute?” she asked.
“No. Not really.”
“Please…” Celeste said.
Liam stepped out of the elevator and held the door for her. “Alright. Talk.”
Celeste caught her breath. “I heard about what happened to Isabella. I’m… I’m sorry. I know we didn’t exactly have the warmest beginning, but I did like her. She’s… strong.”
Liam gave her a nod, waiting. “What do you want, Celeste?”
She hesitated, then looked around before speaking. “I just wanted to ask you not to make things worse with Olivier. He’s been devastated since the doctors gave the update. He’s never seen his father like that. He doesn’t know how to deal with it.”
Liam shifted the folder in his arms. “And you think I do?”
“No, I don’t,” she said. “But I know you’re smart. Smarter than him when it comes to this. Please… don’t push him more than necessary. He’s not handling it well.”
He looked at her for a moment, then asked flatly, “Are you
done?”
Celeste’s face tensed. “I’m sorry for what Olivier said. He’s angry. That folder hit him hard. He didn’t know about the documents. He didn’t expect your grandfather to choose anyone but him.”
“He wasn’t chosen,” Liam replied. “He was bypassed.”
“I know,” she said. “But he’s still his son. He thought–if something happened—it would come to him.”
