Dustin actually knew that there was a secret in the backyard of the Wyatt fatnily villa. Lucas had mentioned it to him while he was still alive. 

Lucas had told him that there was a great secret hidden inside. He had also told Dustin that he was not supposed to enter the secret room without his permission. 

Dustin was only allowed into the first room three years after his death. 

Dustin had always abided by Lucas’s will and never got closer to the secret room.

The Wyatt sisters sneered outside the secret room.
