Dustin had grown so brazen and had gone too far!
“I gave you a chance, but you didn’t appreciate it,” Margaret said with a sneer.
“Mr. Nelson, General Sweeney, you know what to do,” said Margaret and looked at the two men.
The two men understood.
“Don’t worry, ma’am. With the Lannopolis police forces and the Lupine Special Forces here, it wouldn’t take much to destroy such an insignificant family as the West family!” Nathan said loftily.
“You asked for this, Dustin! You deserve all that you get!” Amara said icily.
Richard stepped forward and pointed at Dustin.
“Dustin Fox, bow before the Winter family matriarch and tell us what we want to know now. If you do, you may still survive. This is your final chance!” he said condescendingly as he showed off his influence and power as the police commissioner.
“Get on your knees!” roared the police officers Richard had brought with him. Their voices were full of spite.
Dustin’s face finally changed and showed a flicker of disdain.
He was not bothered by such a show of power at all.
Dustin flicked a finger, and the mini laptop went flying. It crashed onto the floor.
The image of Margaret and Amara flickered and disappeared.
“Preposterous!”
“Foolish!”
Richard and Nathan were both outraged.
The police officers unsheathed long knives, and the elite soldiers raised their guns. They all aimed at Dustin and the members of the West family behind him.
“You have no clue what’s coming for you!” Richard stepped forward fiercely.
“Are you going to commit treason? Do you really want to go against the government? Well, fine! Anyone who dares defy the might of the police and military is sentenced to death by default. It is a crime beyond what you can handle!”
