Chapter 391 novel My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

Today was Dustin’s last day as a security guard at Creative Arts Corporation.

Shawna’s position at the company had been secured, and everything would go smoothly after this. Thus, Dustin no longer had to worry about her.

Besides, he had helped Shawna enough. It was enough to repay Michelle for her kindness.

Dustin was the King of Hades. He could not remain in the security booth indefinitely.

It was the last hour of Dustin’s shift.

Shawna was not doing much. She stood at the window of her office and watched the security booth through the glass.

Her expression was complicated.

After a long while, she sighed heavily.

When it came down to it, she and Dustin were from different worlds.

After Dustin left his post, Shawna would move out of the villa.

It was nearing the end of Dustin’s shift. He handed everything over to someone else.

Suddenly, several cards blazed toward the building where Creative Arts Corporation was. They came to a stop outside the security booth.

The car doors opened, and people got out. Dustin raised an eyebrow at them.

“It’s the son of the Wyatt family, Elijah Wyatt.”

Elijah took his group of men along and walked straight to the security booth.

Dustin had no clue what Elijah was doing here.

If Elijah wanted revenge, then he was out of luck. He would only get humiliated here.

Yet, Dustin could not sense any animosity from Elijah and his thugs. It did not seem like they were here to cause a scene.

“Look at you and look at me! We’re really worlds apart. I never thought we would be so different after only a few short months…”

Dustin ignored Elijah’s taunting.

Elijah’s face darkened.

“This is an invitation to the Southwestern Martial Conference. You’re the only one I’m inviting personally. I hope you’ll participate,” he said indifferently.

“Don’t misunderstand. I only want you to know that you’re outclassed. Also, I will defeat you in three moves at the conference. You will be humiliated! Do you dare show up?”

Dustin was unmoved, and he was not affected by Elijah’s jeering.

“If you have the guts, come and participate,” Elijah added coldly. Then, he turned and indicated for his men to get into their cars. With the rev of the engines, they soon disappeared.

“Sir, will the punk join the conference?” one of Elijah’s underlings asked in the car.

“He will.” A confident smile appeared on Elijah’s face.

“No young martial artist will be able to resist the temptation of glory…”

Outside the security booth of Creative Arts Corporation, Dustin frowned at the invitation.

After a moment, he waved a hand, and the invitation floated with the breeze right into the trash can.
