“The Outlaws Department? Why are they here?”

Drake’s face shifted when he heard the commotion.

“What? Do you think they’re very powerful?” Dustin asked airily.

He had never paid much attention to that department and did not know much about them.

“My Liege, the Outlaws Department is a very special department of the Lovellian government. It has greater power than most of the other departments. It exclusively hunts down criminals that have broken the rules of martial artists!” Drake said warily.

“Typically, the Martial League handles all matters regarding martial artists. However, powerful martial artists are handled by the Outlaws Department. There’s a saying that those captured by the Outlaws Department never again see the light of day. The agents of the Outlaws Department are all at least Legendary Martial Saints!”

When Dustin heard that, his expression shifted.

Legendary Martial Saints were elite fighters. They were very rare.

The department having Legendary Martial Saints as members sounded like a big deal.

“The Outlaws Department has different classifications for its criminals. There are five in total. Fifth grade criminals are of the lowest classification, with first grade criminals being the most despicable. They also get the most attention.

“My Liege, you have been determined as a first grade criminal. I gather that you will be getting a lot of attention from the Outlaws Department from now on,” Drake said slowly.

As he finished speaking, two figures appeared before them.

They were a man and a woman.

The man was more tanned and looked displeased.

The woman’s face was covered by a sheer cloth, and her features were hard to discern.

“Dustin Fox, you are a first grade criminal of the Outlaws Department. We have been tasked with arresting you to face trial. Do not resist arrest!” the woman said coldly.

“If you resist, we are authorized to smite you where you stand!” the man said indifferently.

The two of them eyed Drake.

“Drake, you are the Outlaw Department’s third grade criminal. What a coincidence! We can arrest you too,” the woman said.
