Dustin had barely answered Madison’s call when he heard Jay’s angry shout.

“I’m ordering you to get here now!”

Dustin’s face darkened.

Who gave Jay the guts to order Dustin around this way?

He had already made arrangements so that the people at the black market would take care of Madison and the others.

At this point, he decided not to delay. He was stone-faced as he rushed to Heaven’s Gate.

When he arrived, the staff of Heaven’s Gate were all ready to welcome him at the entrance.

As before, Mikhail personally went to the entrance to welcome Dustin.

“Mr. Fox, welcome!” Mikhail was respectful and bowed so deep that his head nearly touched the floor.

On the seventh floor, Jay and the others saw the scene as they watched out the window.

“What’s the point of treating a country bumpkin so politely? Are the people at Heaven’s Gate nuts?” Jay was furious.

“What kind of people are they? Don’t they know who the boss is here?” another man said.

Jay scoffed.

He was furious but had nowhere to vent his anger.

When Dustin got there, Jay was fully prepared to explode in anger.

On the first floor, Dustin was being welcomed into Heaven’s Gate.

“What’s going on?” Dustin asked.

“Mr. Fox, we did not serve the food as you had not arrived. The guests upstairs got impatient and threw a tantrum,” Mikhail said carefully.

Dustin frowned.

“There was no need to do that. You should have just served the food. I was never planning to come by.”

Dustin never thought the staff of Heaven’s Gate would misunderstand.

“Yes, sir. I made a mistake.” Mikhail was terrified. He started to sweat.

“However, Jay went too far.” Dustin’s face was icy.

“Mr. Fox, may I ask… how are the people upstairs related to you?” Mikhail asked as he watched Dustin’s face.

“I know one of them. Not too familiar with the others.”

Were these people for real?

How could they say that he had only gotten in because of Jay?

What a joke!

“Do you know where you are?” Jay pointed at his feet as he glared at Dustin.

“This is the seventh floor or Heaven’s Gate. Even big shots from Central Harbor don’t get to come up here!

“I was the one who got you all up here. But you didn’t know what’s good for you and made us wait here. I wouldn’t have let anyone else up here even if they begged me!

“If it wasn’t for Madison, I would never have let you follow me. You would never have been able to get in on your own!” Jay looked smug.

Dustin looked thunderous.

Meanwhile, Mikhail looked surprised.

He could not understand what was going on.

How could Jay assume that he had gotten to the seventh floor of Heaven’s Gate because of his abilities?

What gave him such confidence?

“Enough! Dustin didn’t do this on purpose,” Madison said as she tried to play the mediator.
