Of the Swnovels stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 500. Let's read the author's My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness Swnovels story right here.
After all, it was shameful to admit that a younger person had injured him. It made much more sense that he had been beaten by Joseph.
In contrast, people would even praise him for his abilities. It was an achievement to be hurt this lightly if someone as powerful as Joseph had landed a hit on him.
“Damn! How could that punk be this lucky? I really don’t know what the Dragon Supreme sees in him,” Timothy clenched his fists as he said resentfully.
They had failed to attack Dustin and Tyler. It was possible that Timothy might lose to Tyler in the semi-finals tomorrow.
“We, the members of the Grayvale branch of the Martial League, are here on the Superintendent’s orders to capture some criminals!” came an announcement from outside.
“Bring them in quickly,” said a higher-up of the Lotus Sect.
Soon, the members of the Grayvale branch of the Martial League walked over.
The person leading the group was the head of the branch, Zion Larson.
After receiving notice of Anson’s command, he had personally gathered his men and rushed over to the Lotus Sect.
However, Anson had never said who he was aiming to apprehend.
When he arrived and saw Dustin, Zion nodded at him but did not move forward to greet him.
That was because Dustin did not like the attention and had long ago ordered Zion to pretend not to know him when there were other people around.
“Superintendent, I am Zion Larson, leader of the Grayvale branch of the Martial League! Your word is my command!” Zion said and bowed to Anson.
“Zion, is it? Arrest these two immediately! They are prime level criminals of the Martial League!” Timothy stepped forward and shouted as he pointed at Dustin and Tyler. His tone was commanding.
Zion froze.
Timothy wanted him to arrest Dustin? Was he for real?
“Who are you?” Zion frowned.
“I am Timothy Bones of the Bones family. I am the student of the Superintendent, the Martial League’s gold ranked Overseer!” Timothy said in displeasure.
Zion’s face turned grim.
“Superintendent, could you step aside with me so that we can talk privately?”
Anson frowned but allowed it.
“Superintendent, I am sorry, but I cannot follow this order. We cannot capture Dustin Fox,” Zion said mysteriously.
“Why can’t we arrest him?” Anson’s face darkened in anger. “Are you telling me that you’re afraid? Or have you been bought off?”
“Superintendent, please. Even if all the higher-ups of Central Harbor came here, none of them would dare to make a move against Dustin,” Zion said pointedly.
“What are you even saying? He’s just the surviving descendant of the Fox family. Why should capturing him cause any fuss? The Martial League is a protector of justice. No matter how powerful he is or who is backing him, he cannot scare the Martial League this way.
“I don’t believe that Dustin cannot be brought to justice even if he’s nobility! No one can escape the judgment of the Martial League!” Anson said righteously.
Zion grinned and quietly took out an object.
“I’m afraid this is something you can’t disobey.”
