Patricia’s face darkened.

Dustin’s gaze turned icy.

He was too arrogant for a manager at a small construction company.

“Dustin, let’s go,” Patricia said. She had clearly come to the wrong place and had no interest in wasting more time listening to insults.

“Not so fast!” Sean said.

“Getting me to sell you materials at a discount isn’t impossible. In fact, I could even give them to you for free…”

“Really?” Patricia stopped in her tracks. She still had some hope.

“Yes. As long as you fulfill one requirement of mine...”

“And what is that?”

Sean grinned wickedly and gawked at her from head to toe.

Patricia’s face turned ice-cold as rage flared in her chest.

“You’re disgusting!” she spat out and turned toward the door.

Dustin followed her, but instead of leaving, he shut the office door and locked it.

“What? Planning to beat me up like you did Alex?” Sean sneered and crossed his legs as he locked his gaze on Dustin.

He wanted to dodge, but Dustin moved too fast.

Dustin’s punch landed with a sickening crack as it smashed into Sean’s face. The impact sent him flying backward.

His chair toppled over, and he crashed onto the floor with a heavy thud.

“B*stard! You actually hit me…” Sean gasped in pain. His face was swelling rapidly as blood trickled from his nose and mouth. Dustin obviously had hit him very hard.

His body trembled in rage.
