Quinn Point of View

"Punch harder! Remember to keep your eye on the enemy!"

"Quinn, chill out on em a bit. They're not as strong as we are." One of my fighters, Oliver said to me via mind link and I reluctantly agreed.

"Take a break." I said loud enough for the wolves of this pack to hear as they then collapsed on the ground in exhaustion.

I had taken up the task of training these weak wolves as yet another regretable asked favor from their Alpha.

I'm yet to meet Terrance but I didn't care, getting out of here as quick as I could was on my only concern at the moment.

"Quinny, you okay?" Rose came up to me asking.

"Hu-yeah I'm alright."

"Your lying. I can see it in your eyes." She folded her arms and raised her brow at me.

I sighed. "I found my mate."

"OH MY GOD! WHERE IS SHE? WHO IS SHE? DID YOU GU-" I slapped my hand over my sister's mouth to shut her up.

"Calm down Rose. She doesn't want me and I'm leaving it at that. I want to get out of here as soon as possible to avo-"

That scent.

Her scent.

Fuck...

My head snapped in the direction of the pack house entrance when I saw my beautiful mate being pushed around by 4 other males.

Rayne's Point of View

"Stop it Jaydon!"

One of the fighters of my pack, Jaydon kept pushing me around in the small circle his three other friends formed around me.

"Gonna cry Ray-Ray?" Another wolf named Wayne said in a mocking tone.

As much as I wanted to fight back, I stood no chance against 4 wolves, at least each of them twice my size and 3x stronger than me.

I trained myself for protection, yes but not against pack members. Keeping a low profile was my main target since my parents died, to avoid problems and making them hate me more than they already did, fot reasons, I'm yet to know.

"Don't call me that!" I yelled in his face as Wayne's eyes turned slightly darker and he pushed me harder.

A loud menacing growl caused everything and everyone to turn silent.

I turned around to see my mate, at the blink of an eye came to Me, flinging Jaydon, Wayne and the other two away like rag dolls.

"DON'T TOUCH HER! DON'T YOU DARE FUCKING TOUCH WHAT'S MINE!!"
