Chapter 1529: Sweet Nothings

The three of them had arrived at Camille's office while they were talking. Yessica was about to put the flowers on her own desk, but before that, Camille said to her, "Go to the front desk on the first floor of the building and do something for me."

"What is it?" Yessica asked curiously.

Sienna said, "Your Camille might want to silence someone."

Camille replied, "Don't talk nonsense and corrupt the child."

Yessica whispered, "I'm not a child anymore."

Camille didn't continue the topic but said, "Help me win over the receptionist. Ask her to pay attention and record a video if the person who sent the flowers today comes tomorrow. But it must not be discovered, so be careful about that."

Yessica nodded and suddenly felt the roses in her hand becoming a bit heavy. She asked softly, "Camille, are these flowers really from an admirer for you?"

Yessica thought it was Ayan who sent them and planned to show off to Kian when she went back in the evening. But now she was a bit hesitant because she didn't want to be glared at by Kian.

Yessica's cautiousness made Sienna laugh. Sienna said, "Didn't you just say you were going to tell Kian that they were from someone of the opposite sex? Why are you hesitating now?"

Yessica replied, "I'm not hesitating, I'm just genuinely scared."

She was being honest; she was scared.

But amidst her fear, she couldn't help but ask about Ayan, "Camille, is your admirer too enthusiastic? They even pursued you to the company."

Camille also felt helpless. She said, "I don't know who it is, that's why I want you to find out."

Yessica nodded and immediately assured her, "I'll make sure to complete the task. I have a good relationship with the receptionist, and we usually have coffee together. So don't worry, I'll definitely handle it."

"Thank you for your hard work," Camille said.

"It's not hard work; it's something I willingly want to do," Yessica said repeatedly.

As for the bouquet of flowers, Yessica didn't return it to Camille. Since they were given to her, she decided to take them. Otherwise, Camille wouldn't know what to do with them.

After leaving Camille's office with those words in mind, Yessica went downstairs directly to chat with the receptionist. However, the atmosphere in the office remained quite serious.
