Mommy Is Anxious “How did Estie go missing?” 

The two walked out of the botanical garden, and Rosalie could not help but ask. 

If she did not find out the cause, she would feel guilty forever. 

Byron took a deep glance at her. Although Estie did not actually mention it, he already knew that the reason she went missing was that she ran out to look for Rosalie. Coming into eye contact with him, Rosalie felt even more uneasy. “Wasn’t she with the two of you? How could you two…” 

‘How is it possible for two people to not be able to look after a child? Plus, Estie has always been a good girl.’ 

Rosalie did not continue her words. 

Byron was already anxious about the little girl going missing. If she said whatever she wanted to, it would sound like she was blaming him. 

Byron frowned and looked at her while explaining concisely, “She got angry with Wendy.” “How?” Rosalie could not imagine what could anger the little girl so much that she ran away. 

Byron retrieved his gaze and did not want to speak further. 

Although he had not mentioned the entire story, this woman was already showing how guilty she felt. 

If she knew that the little girl came out to find her, she would probably put all the blame on herself. 

Seeing how Byron was not planning to explain to her, Rosalie frowned at him with her lips slightly opened, but she did not continue asking. 

“Estie, come back out here we’re not playing hide and seek anymore.” Nox was about to cry as they could not find her 

Lucian had a tense expression as he held his younger brother’s hand. “Don’t cry. Mommy is already anxious. We shouldn’t worry her more.” Hearing so, Nox rubbed his nose and forced his tears back in. “Let’s go and find her, then.” Lucian shook his head. “We shouldn’t cause more trouble for Mommy. Let’s wait at the entrance of the park.” 

Nox nodded obediently. 

Just as the two boys walked toward the entrance, they ran into Miss Leigh Ann. “Lucian, Nox, why are you two alone? Where’s your mommy?” Seeing only the two of them, Miss Leigh Ann was worried. Lucian calmly explained what had happened, “Estie is missing, and Mommy went to find her.” Hearing such words, Miss Leigh Ann’s expression sank. “When did it happen?” Lucian answered, “No idea, but Nox and I have already searched the entire garden.” If that was the case, it had already happened for quite some time. Miss Leigh Ann immediately advised the two boys, “Well noted. You two go find somewhere and stay there. I’ll get the other parents to help look for Estie.” The two boys nodded in agreement. 

After settling down the two, Miss Leigh Ann immediately sent a message in the parents’ group chat to ask for help in the search. She also found help from other workers in the kindergarten. 

Fortunately, all of the parents knew Estie, so it was not too difficult for them to help in the search.
