Chapter 46 Feeling Bad For The Little Girl

Rosalie nodded noncommittally. She held the boys‘ hands and headed over to greet the teacher.

Just as they were about to leave, her eyes unconsciously fell onto the little girl again. Noticing that the three of them seemed to be leaving, Estie hurriedly stood up from the slide and looked at them straight. The teacher who had been at the side was afraid of her falling. She quickly reached out and grabbed her.

“She‘s.” 

Rosalie hesitated for a moment but could not stop herself from worrying.

The two had already guessed what she wanted to ask and rushed to answer, “Mommy, she also goes to school here and is in the same class with us! Her parents haven’t arrived to pick her up yet today, so she was waiting here with us!” Rosalie nodded with understanding. She glanced at the little girl in front of her and went soft, but she did not intend to stay. After all, it was likely that it was either Byron or Wendy who would be coming to pick her up later.

She did not want to see either of them again. 

The little girl obviously did not want her to leave just like this, however.

After a while, the teacher asked Rosalie somewhat embarrassedly, “Are you in a hurry? If not, why don‘t we have a chat? I haven’t told you much about Lucian and Nox after they joined the class.” 

Naturaliy, Rosalie could tell that the teacher just wanted to use the topic of Lucian and Nox to have her wait here with the little girl. The little girl was also looking at her eagerly. Faced with the little girl‘s gaze, Rosalie ended up not voicing the refusal that was already at the tip of her tongue for some reason. She swallowed the words and nodded to the teacher. Seeing her agreement, Estie‘s eyes shone bright again. She tugged the corner of her clothes and leaned carefully into her side. From a distance, it looked like she was leaning into Rosalie’s arms. Aware of her small actions, Rosalie did not stop her or fret over her. She just casually chatted with the teacher about her two boys.
