Chapter 636 Ambiguous Relationship

“If you don’t mind, can we join you?”

Stacy slowly looked away from Rosalie and turned towards everyone with a smile.

Everyone looked at each other as they heard this, they had finished talking about business anyway, and this person was very familiar with Xander, so it was really difficult for them to refuse.

Thinking of this, everyone nodded to Xander, indicating that they did not mind.

Seeing this, Xander had no choice but to oblige. ” Alright, then let’s mingle together.”

After speaking, he ordered the waiter to add tables and chairs.

Stacy walked straight to the seat near Xander that was vacated just now, looked at Rosalie in surprise, as if she had just discovered her existence, then looked back at Xander in confusion. ” Is this young lady also with you?”

Xander nodded matter-of-factly, “This is Dr. Jacobs.” Rosalie was unaware of what Stacy was thinking, she just thought she was just like those doctors questioning her ability. Rosalie smiled, got up and greeted her. “Hi, just call me Dr. Jacobs.”

Stacy looked at her up and down, saw Rosalie’s outstanding appearance, and realized she was in the same field with Xander. Also, it seemed that Xander was friendly towards this woman too.

Animosity built within Stacy’s heart as she thought about this. She then spoke to Rosalie indifferently. ” Wow, Dr. Jacobs, you must be really amazing to have cooperated with so many bigwigs in the medical field at such a young age.”

Rosalie bit her lower lip and smiled modestly, “oh, I’m just lucky to have an opportunity.”

A waiter came to add chairs, but not sure whether it was intentional or unintentional, Stacy stood between Rosalie and Xander’s seats.

Rosalie did not think too much, got up and moved the chair to make room for Stacy.

Stacy lips curled into a small smirk and took the seat next to Xander’s nonchalantly, she raised her eyes and looked at Xander, who was still entertaining, with admiration in her eyes.

On the other side, Xander was still toasting with the doctors, and did not notice the undercurrent surging at his seat.

“Xander has excelled in many areas since he was a child, but due to the Lancer family customs, Xander rarely has contact with girls. Except me of course, we have grown up together since we were kids.”
