That night, Melody was about to rest when she suddenly received a call from Magdalene.

She heard Magdalene’s choked up voice and Henry’s roar in the background the moment the call connected.

“Magdalene, what’s the matter? Did you get into a fight with Henry?” Melody asked with concern.

Magdalene glanced at both father and daughter who were acting to the side, took a deep breath, and pretended to be choked up. ”
