Sebastian frowned coldly.

"Where’s Isabella? Get her out here now!"

Grandma suddenly realized what was happening. "Oh, you’re looking for Bella."

Then, shaking her head with a heavy sigh, she added, "You won’t find her. She’s been dead for three years."

Sebastian didn’t believe her for a second. His eyes were filled with contempt.

"You old fool, did Isabella put you up to this? Is this her little show because she’s mad I haven’t visited in three years?"

"We agreed, didn’t we? We live our own lives, only pretending for the sake of the family. Now she can’t even be bothered to keep up the act for my mom? Get her out here—I want to know what her deal is!"

Hearing Sebastian insult Grandma like that, I was furious. I wanted to strangle him right then and there.
