Sebastian had his bodyguards tear the house apart, but they didn’t find a single trace of me.

Not even my clothes.

He stood there, deep in thought. "How is there no sign of her living here? Could I have made a mistake?"

He pulled out his phone and scrolled through old pictures of us.

This was definitely the right place.

Six years ago, when we first got together, I brought him here to meet Grandma.
