When he dialed it for the second time, a cold automated voice came from the cell phone receiver. "Sorry! The number that you have dialed has been turned off, please call again in a while!"

Levi was exasperated to the point of tears.

He had finally received the call from Monique that he had been waiting for two days. However, he had scolded Monique so much that she turned off the phone to ignore him.
