Clint and Nash both exclaimed excitedly in unison.

Zaafea inspected the worn iron gate and then gathered strength in his hands.

Inside the forbidden grounds, a disheveled boy covered in wounds was bound by iron chains within an array. Beside him was the sect master of the Endless Horizon Sect, who had been turned into a stone statue.

"What on earth happened here?" Clint asked, looking at the young boy and the statue.

Clint looked at the sect master and asked, "Is there no way to resolve this?"

"Which one are you referring to?" Zaafea asked.

"My nephew and him. I want to save them both," Clint replied.

"Demonic taming isn't a walk in the park." Zaafea hesitated.

"Demonic taming? Why does the sect have such practice?" Nash asked.
