Ace did not even flinch. Instead, he threw his arms open excitedly as the evil spirits rushed toward him before disappearing without a trace.

Nash thought it was all over. He thought the formidable power he witnessed just now was perhaps just his imagination, but then he noticed something strange. The evil spirits were still gathered where Ace last was even though the man had seemingly vanished.

Just as Nash was puzzling over the situation, the spirits suddenly turned and charged toward him! Nash swiftly dispatched them with the spear.

When Nash looked back, he saw Ace there with nary a scratch on him. Moreover, the bone sword in Ace's hand was emitting an aura similar to Nash's Shura Soul-Eating Spear.

"You... are a Shura?" Ace asked, his eyes filled with terror.

Nash realized that Ace had never truly demonstrated his abilities throughout their entire encounter.

"Who are you really? Where did your sword come from?" Nash demanded.

"Me? Who am I?" Ace laughed maniacally. "I have no name, and there's no need for you to remember. After a thousand years, I've finally found it... Another weapon, and you..."

"What are you—" Nash began to ask, but Ace suddenly moved, and Nash locked in on him warily.

Ace cut his wrist with the bone sword, letting his black blood flow into the blade.

"Let me introduce you. This is the Bloodthirster Bone Sword, one of the Three Shura Treasures," Ace explained calmly.

"This... How is this possible?!" Nash exclaimed in disbelief as he stared at the bone sword before him.

Meanwhile, the two figures in the sky rushed toward each other before the energies even dispersed completely.

Amidst flashing blades and shining swords, their souls seemed to devour each other. However, Nash's spear held a slight advantage. Seizing the moment when Ace was on the defensive, Nash swiped the spear forward.

In that brief moment when Ace's sword was deflected, he thrust his spear directly into Ace's chest before trying to quickly withdraw it.

Ace, however, recovered at lightning speed and grabbed the spear as Nash attempted to pull it back. He swung his sword at Nash but failed to notice the Nirvana Fire coating the spear.

Before the Bloodthirster Bone Sword could reach Nash, Ace was frozen by the flames. This allowed Nash to retract his spear just as Ace immediately dispersed the Nirvana Fire within him. Ace then lunged at Nash again.

"His blood... Damn it, if this continues, it'll never end." Nash realized the gravity of the situation. He knew that if he continued to delay the fight, the spear's adverse effects would only worsen, inevitably leading to his defeat.
