Jared pondered for a second.

"I will contact him, and if he is willing, I will accompany you to meet him."

"Thank you." Nicole looked at Jared with a serious face.

"You don't have to be so polite with me."

Jared did not like the feeling of distantness.

Nicole let out a heartfelt smile, thinking this meal was so worth it.

"There is no more filming today.Are you still going to the office this afternoon?" Jared asked with a sudden change of topic.

"Do you want me to go?" Nicole asked rhetorically, without answering.

"I do want you to go, but if you have other things to do, you don't have to go to the office."
