Elisa instinctively explained, "I didn't want to bring Gareth here. He was the one who insisted on coming with me—"

The pair did not continue the conversation any further, and after ending the call with Rachel, Elisa dialed Gareth's number.

Gareth was at the poker table. Since he had previously defeated Joseph, the latter was determined to win against him this time. However, Joseph was no match for Gareth. Gareth had even significantly raised the stakes.

However, he was adamant. "I'm willing to do that."
