It was the pursuit of the ultimate sensation of risking it all.

Chapter 173 The Bonfire
As Lenora was still not very adept, she tumbled down the snowy slope and took quite a while to get back
up
Coincidentally, Connor was nearby and swiftly came over to help Lenora up.
Lenora steadied herself with her ski pole and brushed off the snowflakes from her eyes. She then turned toward Conner and said. “Thank you”
Connor flashed her a shy smile in response. “No need to thank me… Um… Ms. Wilkin, may I add you on WhatsApp
Afraid that Lenora might refuse, he quickly added. “I intend to cover your dry cleaning costs
“Sure: I’ll have Soph give it to you when we get back,” Lenora said.
Connor broke into a delighted smile, revealing his two pointed canine teeth as he said. “Great Thanks, Ms. Wilkin!”
During that time in Nardor, the days were long and the nights were short. The sky would darken by three or four in the afternoon.
The ski resort had lit up early, illuminating the snowy landscape.
They stayed at the ski resort until after five, leaving utterly exhausted. Yet, they didn’t feel the slightest bit tired inside; instead, they felt exhilaratingly satisfied.
On the bus ride home, Sophia noticed that Lenora looked worn out, yet her expression was related. She patted Lenora on the shoulder and chuckled as she asked, “So, how was it? Skiing is quite fun, isn’t it?”
Lenora nodded. “I had a great time today.”
“That’s the spirit! Don’t overthink anything; just enjoy yourself. Once you return after a month. I guarantee you’ll have completely forgotten about Tyrant Fuller!”
Lenora simply chuckled lightly in response.
Upon hearing this, Connor cast a curious glance at Lenora and Sophia. He surmised that Sophia must’ve been referring to Lenora’s ex–boyfriend.
Sophia turned her gaze toward Connor and the others as she asked, “Connor, which university do you guys go to?”
“Broburgh University.” Connor replied.
Sophia arched an eyebrow, expressing her surprise. “Did you study abroad or are you an overseas Clusian?”
“Overseas Clusian. I moved to Muprary with my family when I was twelve.” Connor replied.
For this very reason, he seldom paid attention to the domestic online scene, and he certainly didn’t know Lenora and Zachary.

Chapter 173 The Bonfire
“Have you gotten your permanent resident card yet?”
+5 Free Cond
Connor shook his head. “We planned on going back to our home country for the New Year this time, and if all goes well, we intend to stay there and not return here.”
“What’s the matter? Weren’t things going well over there? Why the sudden desire to return home?”
Connor thought for a moment and said. “It’s not that it’s bad. It’s just that my parents believe that, eventually, one must return to their roots. Coincidentally. I just graduated from university, so I decided back. Well, it’s good to be back anyway. The development back home has been quite rapid recently.”
He then asked with a smile. “Where are you guys from Ms. Wilkin?”
Sophia chuckled as she glanced at Lenora. “What’s this Planning on coming back to our country for a visit?”
Connor flashed them a shy smile, sparing a glance at Lenora without uttering a word.
“We’re from Jacaster. If you ever get the chance to visit, make sure to get in touch with me. I’d love to treat you to a meal”
To her surprise, Connor’s eyes widened, and he exclaimed with delight. “Really? Jacaster is my hometown Too!”
“Really? What a coincidence!” Sophia exclaimed, exchanging a surprised glance with Lenora and Fiona.
“Yup! We used to live near Petalgrove Road in the old ary district. I wonder how that area has developed
now.
“Many places over there have already been demolished
Connor chuckled. “Unfortunately, when we moved abroad, we had to sell our house. Oh, and Ms. Tortell, could you pass me Ms. Wilkin’s WhatsApp.contact?”
Sophia arched an eyebrow, her gaze shifting toward Lenora.
Lenora gently nodded in response.
“Ms. Wilkin has agreed to it,” Connor added
Sophia then handed Lenora’s WhatsApp contact over to Connor
Connor responded by sending Lenora a friend request, which she accepted right away.
In reality, she didn’t have any particular thoughts about Connor.
After finishing her sauna, Sophia retreated to her room and nestled in bed, editing pictures.
While she was busy editing pictures, she casually said, “Oh, by the way, there’s something I need your opinions on.”
Are we planning to rent a car and go after the Aurora ourselves tomorrow, or should we join a small tour group?”
“Didn’t we agree that we’d be going on our own?” Fiona then suddenly thought of another question and asked, “Can we catch the Aurora if we drive ourselves? Im worried we might miss it because we don’t know any better.”
“I was grappling with this issue. I originally planned to drive myself, but when I was soaking in the hot spring earlier, I looked at the sky. It’s been cloudy these past few days, with thick clouds. The forecast app also mentioned a low probability of seeing the Aurora So, I thought maybe we should join a small tour group. The tour guide has been working here for many years and has far more experience than us. Also, someone just messaged me privately, promoting a small group tour. It’s quite tempting, the price is reasonable, and it includes clothing, shoes, and blankets. There’s plenty of food on the bus to cat as you
for free. There’s a bonfire, and most importantly, it please, and a photographer will take guarantees a view of the Aurora. If we don’t see them, we can join the tour again the day after tomorrow for free, Sophia said.
