Noelle felt even more embarrassed after hearing the teasing in Cedric's words. She didn't want to see him anymore.

He got up. "I'm going to take a shower."

She sneaked a glance as he stood up and quickly grabbed a bathrobe to put on. Still, her sharp eyes noticed his physique.

"He looks pretty good," she thought.

Last night, she had been feeling his abs, and they felt quite nice.

Once the sound of water from the bathroom reached her ears, she crawled out under the blanket. She was barely dressed. She blushed and looked around before spotting her dress discarded on the floor.

Noelle moved to the bed to pick it up, only to find it stained with red wine and the unpleasant scent still lingering on it. The dress was ruined.

What should she do? Was she going to stay like this?

Just then, the bathroom door opened. Cedric walked out in his bathrobe and saw Noelle bent over, picking her dress up by the bed.

She sat up and met his gaze, feeling even more awkward. Then, she lowered her head. "I'm fine now."

The effects of the medicine had worn off.

Cedric touched her forehead. "Mm... It's not hot anymore."

Noelle instinctively pulled away from his hand, stammering, "I told you I'm fine."
