Harriet exclaimed and instinctively reached out to catch Sophia, 

But someone beat her to it, suddenly rushing up to Sophia and holding her by the waist before pulling her into his 

arms 

Looking at Sophia’s pale face, the scene of blood splattering everywhere five years ago appeared in his mind again.

Jason’s expression changed drastically, his voice trembling as he called out to her several times, but she remained 

motionless.

Rapid footsteps could be heard in the corridor. Derick rushed over after hearing the news.
