I nodded. "Okay. I'll come find you right away."
However, before I could say anything when I found Tom, his gaze immediately landed on the wound on the back of my hand. "What happened to your hand?"
"It's nothing. It's just a small scratch."
He furrowed his brows. "Wait here. I'll go get you some medicine."
"No need..."
"Wait here." His two words left no room for argument.

He grabbed the medicine bag, opened the door, and exited the car. "Didn't I say you can't get the wound wet for the next few days? Let's go. I'll cook."
