Xavier inched closer to Verian and stared at her menacingly. “Sneak? Madam Fudd, that word isn’t right. I’m a member of the Fudd family so how is this sneaking into the Fudd family?”

Xavier’s arrogant and smug look infuriated Verian a lot.

Although this man had the same look and body as Heaton, Verian could not hold back her disdain she felt toward him!

“I’m warning you, Xavier, don’t you dare act cocky!”

Xavier immediately grabbed Verian’s slender wrist. He raised his brows and scoffed whilst saying, “Let me tell you then. I entered the Fudd family home replacing Heaton to aid Fudd Group in solving their apparent troubles so you should be thanking me instead. Heaton and I, we’re both the same people. If the Fudd family falls, it'll be bad for both you and I.!”

Verian raised her brows and said, “What do you mean by replacing Heaton?”

Xavier flung her wrist away. He scoffed and said, “Exactly as it sounds.”

Was he not planning to allow Heaton to return?

“Xavier, you’re nothing more than another personality of Heaton’s. You can’t replace Heaton himself! It’s best for you to give up now!”

“Let’s give it a try now, shall we? Let’s see who will replace who!”

Xavier scanned the room and said in a cold tone, “I don’t like the design of this room, so I will throw away everything that belongs to Heaton. If you can’t part with it, I suggest you pack those things away as soon as possible.”
