Of the Internet stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 383 Madam Fudd's Visit. Let's read the author's Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife Internet story right here.
Heaton rushed back to work the next morning. He had delayed many of his projects when he searched for Verian in South City. It was a time-consuming job, especially with his lack of eyesight.
The man headed straight to his office after he had a few bites with Verian and Little Jelly Bean. The child said with a frown, "Monty, Daddy is so busy. I thought about asking him to take me to the zoo this weekend!"
Verian smiled as she helped the little rascal crack her egg. She said, "Daddy might be busy this weekend. Why don't I take you instead?"
"Alright." Little Jelly Bean beamed; stars seemed to glimmer in her huge eyes. She looked too adorable.
Verian removed the egg yolk and left the egg white for Little Jelly Bean. She said, "Why are you such a picky eater like your dad?"
It would be so much easier to take care of her if Little Jelly Bean was like her. Verian would eat anything but green peppers because she was allergic to it.
Little Jelly Bean nibbled on the egg white and said, "Egg yolks don't taste good. It's always stuck in my throat, and I can't swallow it."
"Alright. It's fine if you don't eat it, but drink a little more milk."
After Little Jelly Bean was done with her breakfast, Verian led the little rascal to the car as she held onto her tiny bag.
When they reached Little Jelly Bean's kindergarten, she handed the child her bag, crouched, and patted her head.
"I'll pick you up later this evening."
Little Jelly Bean nodded and said, "Monty, I want to eat strawberry cakes. Can you bake one for me later?"
"Sure. Go on now."
As Little Jelly Bean was just about to enter the building, a woman's voice suddenly called out.
"Verian?"
Verian turned around and froze when she saw her. The woman looked quite familiar, but she could not recall her name.
She could be her highschool classmate.
"You don't recognize me? I'm Helen. We were roommates during our second year of high school!"
Helen…
Verian was puzzled for a few seconds before she finally remembered.
"Oh, I remember now. You… You're dropping off your kids here too?"
It was apparent that Helen had noticed Little Jelly Bean, and Verian also saw the little boy next to her.
In a surprised tone, Helen said, "I thought I was the earliest to get married amongst our classmates. Is this your daughter? Oh, my! How she's grown."
Verian patted Little Jelly Bean's head and said, "Yeah, Jelly Bean, this is Aunty."
Little Jelly Bean spoke in a childish voice, "Hello, Aunty."
"How adorable!"
Helen's son, Tyler Gale, said, "Mommy, Cherie and I are classmates. We're in the same group for assignment."
Helen laughed as she said, "What a coincidence! Go on inside with Jelly Bean, then."
After both children had entered the building, Tyler told Little Jelly Bean with a frown, "Cherie, why is there a scar on your mommy's face? She's so ugly."
Little Jelly Bean scoffed and glared at him as she said, "My mom isn't ugly. My mom is prettier than your mom!"
"No, my mom is prettier than your mom!"
"Not true! My mom is the prettiest!"
Little Jelly Bean ignored him and ran off with her small bag.
Tyler ran after her and said, "Cherie, I think you're the prettiest! Don't be mad, okay? Fine, your mom is the prettiest!"
…
Verian dismissed her driver so that she could have a conversation with Helen at a nearby coffee shop.
"I haven't seen you in years, and I didn't have any means to contact you. We're having a reunion gathering soon; you should come."
Verian was only in contact with a few of her classmates over the years. She did not have many friends, and it was probably because of Grayson's suicide all those years ago. She decided to cut all contact with everyone and left for Paris without saying another word.
Helen unlocked her phone, opened her WeChat, and said, "Let's add each other on WeChat. That way, we can stay in touch."
"Sure."
After they added each other, Helen proceeded to add Verian to their high school group chat.
"Ever since I had a child, I only have a few friends around me. My life revolves around my husband and child now."
Verian took a sip of her drink and replied, "Me too."
"Let's hang out and go shopping next time."
