Maddox narrowed his eyes at Minerva, who stood in front of Benedict. "You're protecting him?"

"Put me down. Where are you taking me? Maddox!" While Minerva was still shouting, he pushed her into the car. He followed her into the car and squeezed his way in.

After his order, Sam hurriedly started the car.

After the car started to move, Minerva shouted angrily, "Maddox, what's wrong with you? Where are you taking me? I need to go pick my son up from school."
