"Are you... apologizing to me?" She asked as she felt it was unbelievable.

Maddox's large hand moved to her waist and held her firmly. His voice grew hoarse.

"Well, I am apologizing. Do you forgive me?"

He always looked like a gentleman, even though he had never said anything bad about Maddox in front of her.

However, his actions were clearly trying to tear her away from Maddox.

It was obvious what he was thinking.

She shut her eyes and made up her mind. She did not want to be the victim between the two brothers. She also did not want Maddox to be in a difficult position because of her.

If they wanted to fight, she would stand aside and let the both of them go on a head-on battle.

"How did you become so obedient all of a sudden?" Maddox let go of her and reached out to hold her chin.

Minerva's face flushed red. She bit her lower lip and glared at him.
