Gigi shook her head and sighed. "Think about it. With Brad's temperament, if Sean really weren't his son and Nadine had cheated, would he let Nadine get away with it? My mom asked him, and he insisted Sean was his son.

"But I still feel something's off. Nadine was already pregnant when she married Brad. Normally, a child should have been born ten months later, but she gave birth six months after moving in with us.

Seeing Sean run so fast and fearing he might fall, Brad stepped out of his car and stood by the front of the car. He opened his arms wide open to welcome Sean.

Sean, eager to see if Brad had stood up for him, raced into Brad's embrace as soon as he reached him.

"Daddy, that bad woman bullied me!"

Brad lifted Sean and straightened his back before asking, "What bad woman? Who taught you to say that?"

Sean pouted, clearly unhappy. "I don't want you anymore! Put me down!"
