The more Brad thought about it, the angrier he became. He was already picturing Nadine and Sebastian being intimate. He desperately wanted to rush through the phone line to kick Sebastian out.

"An affair? Watch your mouth, Brad Hamilton. When you were being intimate with Jean, I didn't say a word. So next time you spout such nonsense, think about yourself first. Sebastian and I are innocent. I don't need you spewing lies.

"If you've got that much free time, why don't you spend it at the orphanage helping out children in need?"

What nonsense was Brad spouting? She and Sebastian had booked two separate rooms, minding their own business. How did it turn into slanderous gossip coming from Brad's mouth?

Fuming with anger, Nadine quickly ended the call and tossed the phone aside, cursing Brad intensely. Despite her rage, she still had work to do.

After huffing about Brad, Nadine grabbed a hair dryer and started blow-drying her hair. Her mind was occupied with thoughts about tomorrow's seminar.
