Sarah was surprised and glanced at Anne.

"Why are you here?" Anne asked.

"I thought you were finally willing to get rid of Anthony and relax abroad. I didn't expect you to come back." Then, Tommy put the fruit basket on the table, looked at Nigel, and asked, "What did the doctor say?"

"They're still trying to find a cure," Anne said.
