Following that, Zivon’s eyes widened as the boy got his phone out! Grabbing the phone, Zivon ended up growling, “Don’t call her.”

“…H-huh…? B-but why…? Is something wrong, Daddy…?” asked the frightened Maison who was now worried that Zivon had fought with Xavia again.

Realizing that he had overreacted, Zivon simply pursed his lips before saying, “…It’s nothing. She’s probably asleep and you shouldn’t bother her.”

After receiving his phone back, Maison let out a sigh of relief as he replied, “…I see! Don’t worry, I’m sure Aunt would want to hear my voice even if she’s sleepy!”

With that said, the boy then began making the call, leaving Zivon speechless. Where the hell did this boy get his narcissism from? Alas, before Zivon was able to stop him, a familiar gentle voice could already be heard saying, “Maison…? Why aren’t you asleep yet?”

Pleased to hear her voice, Maison was quick to reply, “I just missed you too much, Aunt! That aside, could you please convince Daddy that you love hearing my voice, even when you’re sleepy?”

…One thing was for sure, this boy’s bubbly personality didn’t come from him. In the end, Zivon simply turned away, unwilling to be bothered by the two.
